Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI) is delighted to announce the appointment of Margaret (Meg) Tudehope to the CMRI Board, effective April 2026.
Meg brings more than 25 years of consulting and organisational change management experience across both public and private sector organisations. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients spanning financial services, legal, education, utilities and government sectors, helping organisations navigate transformation, strengthen culture and build resilience through periods of change.
Meg holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of New South Wales and has undertaken further study in organisational behaviour and change management at Bond University. She began her career with Ernst & Young Consulting before joining Deloitte Growth Solutions and has since led large-scale organisational and process transformation initiatives across a diverse range of industries. She also spent time on secondment leading an internal change management function at a top-tier Sydney law firm.
In addition to her professional achievements, Meg has a strong commitment to philanthropy and community, supporting charitable, arts, education and sporting organisations with a focus on inclusion, participation and long-term community impact.
Meg already has very strong connections with CMRI as a longstanding supporter of CMRI and a member of the CMRI Foundation, demonstrating a deep and enduring commitment to CMRI’s mission and impact over many years.
Meg said she is honoured to deepen her involvement with CMRI through her Board appointment.
