CMRI Foundation

The Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI) Foundation is helping us fund the research needed to save children's lives.

The Chair of the CMRI Foundation is Mark Richardson, a highly accomplished professional with an impressive track record in private equity and business leadership. The Deputy Chair is Albert Wong AM, and they are joined by Professor Frank Martin AM, Carolyn Forster OAM, Bruce Fink OAM and Meg Tudehope.

Foundation membership is set to expand as they engage the best people to help them achieve their goal of raising $50 million of capital for a new gene technologies building to expand and support CMRI research efforts.

The Foundation aims to help take CMRI's revolutionary discoveries in gene therapy, telomeres, and stem cells to the clinic, finding treatments and cures for the 1 in 20 kids affected by a genetic disease like cancer, cystic fibrosis, or other serious conditions.

If you would like to join or support the Foundation's efforts, contact Foundation Chair Mark Richardson ([email protected]), or CMRI's Director of Fundraising Robert Wynn ([email protected]).
