We are excited to announce that CellBank Australia, which is operated by Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI), has partnered with the European Bank for induced pluripotent Stem Cells (EBiSC) to enable Oceania-based researchers to access over 950 induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) lines representing over 45 different diseases.
This partnership enables Australian scientists to more easily access tools for studying a range of diseases, such as cardiovascular, neurological, and metabolic disorders, with the hope of developing treatments.
Researchers can view more information on the EBiSC lines available, which includes gene-edited iPSC cells and pre-differentiated iPSC-Neurons, on the EBiSC website here: https://ebisc.org/
CellBank continues to work with CMRI's Stem Cell and Organoid Facility (https://cmrifacilities.com/stem-cell-organoid-facility/) to provide custom iPSC lines, but thanks to this EBiSC partnership, CellBank can provide expediated, reliable access to hundreds of existing lines, which you can order directly through CellBank or through EBiSC.
CellBank has over 18 years of experience in distributing high quality Australian, Japanese (JCRB), and European (ECACC) cell lines for research. Reach out to the team for more information or to place an order. Email: [email protected]
