Jeans for Genes
Raise Money. Find Cures. Jean-ius!
Save the Date: Jeans for Genes Day, Friday 6th August
1 in 20 kids face a birth defect or genetic disease, like cancer, cystic fibrosis, and life-threatening metabolic disorders. That's 12 kids born every minute worldwide. Help us find treatments and cures.
Here's how to deposit the money you've collected.
Every year, hundreds of wonderful volunteers join us to hit the streets, shopping centres and train stations across the country on Jeans for Genes Day. They help raise vital funds by selling merchandise and collecting donations.
We want your fundraising to be as easy, enjoyable and effective as possible, so we've compiled some useful resources to help you on your way.
Kids just want to be kids, but instead of playing sports with their friends or catching butterflies on a sunny day, these kids are getting liver transplants, taking dozens of medications, or getting their next dose of chemotherapy. It shouldn’t be this way. You can help the scientists at Children’s Medical Research Institute find cures, so these kids can go back to being kids.
