Mark Richardson is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive track record in private equity and business leadership. With over 30 years of experience, Mark has established himself as a respected figure in the investment landscape.

In 1999, Mark founded Wolseley Private Equity, a successful venture that became a significant player in the industry. Prior to this, he honed his expertise during his 12-year tenure at Bain & Company. Mark's deep understanding of the financial world enabled Wolseley to invest $400 million of Australian and international Superannuation Funds into various ventures. These investments included 13 primary investments in Australian companies, ranging from $25 million to over $360 million in revenue, as well as numerous smaller bolt-on investments across the globe.

Mark's influence extends beyond the realm of finance. He holds significant leadership positions in various organisations. Currently, he serves as the Chair of Antarctica 2023, HUBB, and EnPerSo Business Travel and previously chaired WSU Foundation and JGIA.
