Carolin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biosciences and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Potsdam in Germany. After that, she relocated to Australia and completed her PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at UNSW Sydney.
In 2021, Carolin joined the TVG where she is involved in the development of novel AAV capsids for the enhanced delivery of ocular gene therapies.
